People, places & things
Make room for a different routine
Look at the routines around your use: who was there, where you went, and what happened beforehand. Identify one situation you can change. A new route, a different evening plan, or a clear boundary can make your recovery commitment more concrete.
Make room for connection as you change old routines. Put a meeting, a sponsor call, or time with supportive people where isolation used to be. If a setting is unavoidable, discuss it with your recovery supports and plan how to leave or ask for help.
Put it into practice: Replace one familiar high-risk routine with a specific recovery activity today.
Reflect: What can I change in my surroundings to support the choice I want to make?
