The Sea Level campus supports adults through acute need and connects each person to a longer recovery pathway. Care does not end at discharge: planning may include outpatient treatment, medication services, peer support, recovery housing, transportation, and community resources.

If Sea Level is appropriate, intake explains required records, what to bring, arrival details, and the next step.
Admission is based on clinical appropriateness, required information, coverage or funding arrangements, and availability. Calling does not guarantee placement.
Levels of care
Three inpatient pathways, one connected plan
Facility-based crisis
Assessment, stabilization, and coordinated next steps for adults experiencing an acute behavioral health or substance use crisis.
Withdrawal management
Structured clinical monitoring, medication when appropriate, and support through alcohol or other substance withdrawal.
Residential substance use care
Round-the-clock structure with clinical services, peer connection, recovery planning, and preparation for life after discharge.
Preparing for care
What patients and families can expect
Before arrival
Intake confirms the records and medications information needed and explains what may or may not be brought to the campus.
During the stay
Each person receives an individualized plan that can include medical and psychiatric coordination, counseling, peer support, medication, groups, and recovery planning.
Family communication
Privacy rules guide communication. With appropriate consent, families and supports may participate in planning and transitions.
What to bring
Ask intake for the current packing list before traveling. Requirements can vary by level of care and individual circumstances.
Medication
Bring an accurate medication list and follow intake instructions about prescription containers. The clinical team reviews medications after admission.
Discharge planning
Planning begins early and may connect people with outpatient care, MOUD, psychiatry, peers, housing, transportation, and community support.
