ICGH — Integrated Care for Greater Health

Recovery—not treatment

About Integrated Care for Greater Health

Learn how ICGH grew from Hickory, North Carolina into a statewide recovery-focused continuum spanning inpatient, outpatient, pharmacy, peer, housing, mobile, telehealth, and community services.

Our history

Rooted in Hickory. Growing across North Carolina.

ICGH began in Hickory, North Carolina, and grew by responding to the barriers people encountered in recovery: distance, medication access, transportation, housing, justice transitions, and disconnected levels of care.

Today, fixed community clinics in rural and urban communities work alongside mobile units, statewide low-barrier telehealth through Bupe.Online, pharmacy services, peer support, recovery housing, and the Carolina Wellness Centers inpatient campus at Sea Level. Future growth will be described only as communities, partnerships, and services become ready.

PurposeHelp people build lives in which recovery can last.Guiding philosophyRecovery—not treatment.
